Let’s head towards the Second Highest peak of the Aberdares!
Are you up to the challenge?
Starting at the Njabini Forest Gate, the trail takes you through a Bamboo Forest that will not just enchant you, but test your patience. As you exit the forest, you will find yourself at a Point of Despair.
Continue your quest through the transition from the rain forest to the moorland as you head towards the Elephant Peak Summit, where a breathtaking view awaits you. This Monster of an Elephant, though treacherous, give you the most beautiful views of the Aberdares, as never experienced before.
