“Trust us, there is no better feeling in the world than that of reaching the top of the mountain and looking down on the spectacular views below, and coming to the realization that through hiking, we have discovered ourselves and grown through resilience.”

Who We Are

Women who Hike Africa Ltd (WWHAFrica) is a community that brings together Women and Men, from all Walks of Life, Backgrounds, Geographies and Skill Levels.  Founded in August 2017, our aim is not only to re-empower individuals and communities, but also to create long lasting lifestyle changes through hiking and discovering the great outdoors.

We have all experienced that one time in life where we find ourselves depressed, stressed out or just simply all spent. With all that is  going on in our lives today, the only safe place to turn to would be to Nature. Hiking is an exceptional way to  deal with such emotions.

At WWHAfrica, we have created a community that re-empowers, unites and inspires individuals like yourself to reach great heights through Hiking not just on the Mountain but in your lives as well. We provide a platform for you to share your experiences and the feeling of empowerment you get when you conquer a mountain.

Our Mission

To Empower Individuals through hiking.

Our Vision

To create a community that empowers, unites and inspires women to reach great heights through hiking, not just on the mountains but in everyday living and to inspire The Men Who Support the Women Who Hike to join this cause.
